Submission Process
We welcome submissions from emerging and established researchers across disciplines. Please review the Aims & Scope, Article Types, Author Guidelines, and Publication Ethics policies before submitting.
The online submission system is not open yet. JRISA is preparing its editorial workflow and will publish the submission address on this page as soon as the system accepts manuscripts. The steps below describe the process manuscripts will follow.
Prepare your manuscript
Follow the Author Guidelines and remove identifying information from the blinded manuscript file.
Submit manuscript information
Provide article title, article type, abstract, keywords, author information, corresponding-author details, funding disclosure, conflict-of-interest disclosure, research ethics information if applicable, and AI-use disclosure if applicable.
Upload files
Upload the blinded manuscript, title page, figures or supplementary files if applicable, and ethics documentation if requested.
Editorial screening
The editorial team checks scope, basic scholarly suitability, ethical requirements, completeness, and academic integrity.
Peer review
Manuscripts that pass editorial screening are normally sent to independent reviewers.
Editorial decision
Authors may receive Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject.
Production
Accepted manuscripts proceed through copyediting, formatting, metadata verification, author proofing, and publication.
There is no fee to submit a manuscript to JRISA. An Article Processing Charge applies only after a manuscript has been accepted. See Publication Fees.
