Publication Fees
There is no fee to submit a manuscript to JRISA.
Article Processing Charge. There is no fee to submit a manuscript to JRISA. For manuscripts accepted following editorial review and peer review, an Article Processing Charge (APC) of US$200 is payable before final publication.
The APC supports editorial administration, manuscript production, website infrastructure, long-term content maintenance, DOI registration, and open-access publication. The existence or payment of a publication fee does not influence peer review or editorial decisions.

Editorial independence from fees
Payment of any publication fee occurs only after editorial acceptance and does not influence manuscript evaluation. See the journal’s editorial independence statement.
